    Summer School

    1. Read the information in Accommodation and Meals.
    2. If no rooms are available in the type of accommodation you have selected, a pop-up window will indicate that you are on the waiting list and that you have been allocated to the next available type of accommodation.
    3. If you select to share a 2-bed room, you will be prompted to indicate who you would like to share with. The second bed is then reserved for this person. When they apply, they will be asked if they want to share with you. If yes, the room is fully secured. If no, you will be asked if you want to change your booking.
    4. You can select to share a 2-bed room without giving a sharing preference. An appropriate roommate will then be allocated.
    5. If you select a multi-bed room, you will be asked if you would like to share with others. This will be taken into account when allocating rooms.
    6. There is no pre-selection of project options, as this is done at the start of Summer School, after an introduction by the tutors.
    7. Select the APPLY button at the end of this section and then select Summer School.
    8. Fill out the form and select Send Form.

    FINANCIAL AID

Five multi-bed places are available for Summer School for the all-inclusive fee of €420. These are not age-related, but for anyone who could otherwise not afford to attend.

Applicants must send an email to admin@leatss.lu motivating their application and stating why they believe they merit a subsidised place.

First-time applicants must also provide a written recommendation from a responsible adult who knows the applicant well (teacher, etc.).

The subsidised places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Students who have previously benefitted from a subsidised place will first be put on a waiting list.

The decision of LEATSS asbl with regard to allocation of subsidised places is final and cannot be contested.
